They visited buildings in Wakefield (Little Red Schoolhouse, library, Congregational Church, home of the Opitzes, and tea at the&quot;Old Maid&quot;s Tavern&quot;).  Then they stopped at the painted church in Middleton.  All this on a very rainy day.<br />
