Condition: Fair. The photo has two edge tears; one in the lower right and one on the right half way up the photo. A corner is missing and small piece is missing from the border on the left. There are several stains. There is also some kind of paper adhered to the back of the photo, sporadically, probably from being adhered and then torn from a page.

A February 10, 1928 fire effectively burned the Farmington Opera House to the ground. The library and town offices, along with most books, artifacts, and town records, from earlier periods perished in the fire.

Condition: Fair. The front photo of the post card has a black paper adhered to it in two places. Adhesive may be present on other portions as well.
