Photos-First Congregational Church UCC Of Farmington Celebrates 200 Years
The public was invited to tour the historic First Congregational Church of Farmington on Sunday, November 12, 2017. People who were married in the church or attended Sunday School since the 1950’s were encouraged to bring photos which will become part of historic displays as the church approaches its 200th anniversary in 2019. The Farmington Historical Society was able to document the displays as well as photograph some of the notable features of the church, known for its Gothic Revival architecture.

Farmington Memorial Day 2018 Observance Program
The Farmington Memorial Day 2018 observance program photocopied or printed on Paper. It details the events and ceremonies to take place, starting at the Pine Grove Cemetery, moving to the South Main Street Bridge, and then ending at the Old Town Hall/Recreation Center. The program includes the names of speakers and singers and activities to take place at each location.

2000 Waldron Land Donation Old Bay Road Farmington Article Clipping and Photo Rochester Dover Times
A Rochester & Dover Times article about the Waldron land grant donation in 2000. Waldron's Grant was a gift to the town of a 20 acre parcel of natural land on Old Bay Road, in Farmington, from the Waldron family, one of the earliest settling families in Farmington. The February 3, 2000 newspaper article clipping is in three parts and contains a black and white photo of some of the Waldron family and two Selectpersons from the time Barbara Spear and Bill Tsiros.

1996 Farmington High School Dedication Booklet
Farmington High School dedication program booklet from August 25, 1996. It contains a ceremony outline, a brief Farmington history of the 1980's and early 1990's, a tribute to the Thayer family, a basic floor plan of the new school building, and an acknowledgement of the organizations and townspeople who contributed to the completion of the new school.

1929 Goodwin Library & Town Hall Dedication Booklet
A four page, 1929, Goodwin Library and Town Hall dedication booklet. The dedication took place on Friday, May 10, 1929. A special visit with "His Excellency" Governor Charles W Tobey was a prominent feature on the cover. It also includes drawings of the new Goodwin library building, the New Town Hall, a program outline for remarks by notable figures, a photo of George H Goodwin, donor of the Goodwin Library and acknowledgements for the Goodwin library and Town hall arrangement and building committees. The Henry Wilson band played and the Color Guard was present. In the evening, a production of "The Old Homestead" by playwright and theatre actor Denman Thompson was scheduled.
